Senior Settlements, LLC purchases policies with institutional funds only for the purpose of securitization - in a manner similar to the way credit card debt is securitized as asset-backed bonds.

The Company has secured financing from one of the worlds largest and most respected investment banks. During the ramp- up phase the Company will originate policies until enough capacity has been reached in order to securitize the portfolio. Basically, institutional investors will purchase bonds form the portfolio creating additional investment dollars for future transactions. This represents a revolving financing facility which affords the Company endless financing.
