The market Harper focuses on is a niche market with agents that lack a cohesive approach. Many of them lack the resources to provide a complete approach to the wealthier markets. Harper has developed a small network of financial planners and estate attorneys that enable it to deliver a complete product to its clients. This network has enabled Harper to develop a close relationship with a small group of brokers. There is also plenty of capacity in the market for quality service providers as more and more agents move away from the high volume agencies due to a lack of personal attention that they could be receiving from a smaller broker.
